A stunning transformation to this property

We left no room untouched and the house now boasts; four large bedrooms, two with en-suites and dressing, a home office, games room and the large modern extension; housing a large open plan living space with a fully open glazed corner, offering fantastic views over the garden and modern one-piece pool.

The open glazed corner required an eccentric structural solution, designed by ABP Engineers, involving a number of steel beams to produce the flush-level, indoor/outdoor dining space.

EP Architects have been involved with the extensive renovation of this 1930s property. The client’s brief, was to transform the building with a modern extension, full of natural light, while retaining the character of the main house. The project included; extensions to the ground and first floor of the building, an oak framed double garage, new automated security gates set in a brick work and recon stone, full external landscaping and the installation of a new one-piece pool and pool house.

Littlebrook landscapes Ltd. completed the landscaping.
