Maximising the potential of the space
Our brief was to re-plan the ground floor to provide a large kitchen space and a new open plan layout that connects the family throughout the living spaces. EP Architects provided the client with a number of solutions, two of which were particularly favoured by the client, who decided to submit planning applications for both of these two.
EP Architects successfully achieved planning approval for both designs.
