Successful conservation area housing development
EP Architects produced a scheme for four, three bedroom homes on this tight urban site for Design Construction Investment ltd (DCI Ltd). The site sat on the edge of a conservation area which influenced EPA’s design and approach to this project while working with the natural fall of the High St. location.
