Small, but perfectly formed.

EP Architects worked closely with this client, to achieve their goal of transforming an unused space into a comfortable 3rd bedroom.

With a focus on luxury and high quality finishes, this loft conversion offers a more usable space as a guest room.

The opportunity was also taken with the eaves space to create additional storage which is easily accessible.

EP Architects collaborated closely with the builders on this project. The 130 year old wood panelled wall in the stairwell was painstakingly restored, preserving its character. While additional roof windows help to modernise the space and bring natural light into the room.

Turner Building Services completed the works leaving the client more than satisfied.

A fitted wardrobe compliments the room perfectly, colour matched to the feature wall and integrating bespoke elements such as an ironing board storage space.  Fitted wardrobes made and installed by Ryan Firth, at Firth’s Fitted Furniture.

During the build the whole heating system was replaced and modernised by Aiston Plumbing & Heating.

Review

Having worked on various projects designed by EP Architects, Turner Building Services would be happy to recommend them. The drawings provided are always creative and Daniel and Sharon always look to give the customer the very best solutions to even the most complex of projects. There is always a very detailed drawing, from electrical layouts to measurements of windows and doors. They are always on hand to answer any questions and are a pleasure to deal with. So, as we say, we would highly recommend EP architects for your next project.
