Six detached houses in the countryside
EP Architects were appointed by the owner of The Cross at Hand Garage site, nr. Staplehurst to explore the residential redevelopment of his redundant garage site.
With the assistance of the clients and a Planning Consultant, EP Architects Ltd produced a preliminary layout for 6 houses which formed the basis of an onsite pre-application discussion with Maidstone Planning Department.
Following this meeting the design was developed and with the use of colour and imaginative house designs an application was made. This resulted in Planning Approval being granted realising a significant uplift in value of the site for our client.
