Kent’s largest pre owned car sales site
E P Architects have worked with Big Motoring World over several years providing Architects services to enable expansion of this significant motor trade business in Kent. This started with the initial expansion of the site at West Malling following the acquisition of the adjacent site. This involved the extension of the existing building and with careful external design created the ‘house style’ design for the company.
The continuing expansion of the business led to a search for suitable sites with good access to motorways. After much searching and detailed negotiations with Tonbridge and Malling planning department a large site at the top of Blue Bell Hill became the preferred site. This involved work on a site located in a sensitive area.
