New 5-Bedroom House, Romney Marsh
We have successfully achieved planning approval for our client. The design benefits from generous living spaces, solar panels and an air source heat-pump. The approved development also includes a detached double garage with a workshop space.
EP Architects were recommended for this ambitious project, to redevelop an existing pub car park into a new 5-bedroom house. The site is adjacent to a listed building, in a flood plain and next to a flood management dyke. EP Architects have designed an energy efficient building, which overcomes the constraints of this complicated site, while remaining in keeping with the existing street scene.
